Under the direction of the Supervisor, Logistics, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods needed for both Tribal and casino operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
7. Responsible for the pickup/delivery of accounting records for warehouse archiving. Also responsible for assisting in shredding process.
9. Identifies outdated and/or spoiled/damaged goods. Keeps Logistics areas clean of debris and clear of safety hazards. Gathers all unused pallets and prepares them for recycling.
10. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a related field is required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required.
Experience working with inventory, mobile supply chain, and ERP software required. Eatec/Lawson software is preferred.
Must be able to work holidays, unscheduled hours and overtime.
Must be flexible to work at different locations throughout the enterprise.
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance carrier.
