In this role you will: 

Be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, and service. As a key leader in the culinary department, the Kitchen Manager leads the kitchen team, manages food costs, creates menus, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience
