ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education: Trade school preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in various building trades required.
Must also be a member of Local 399 and be a Licensed Stationary Engineer (Chicago Department of Buildings).
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to repair and maintain various pieces of building and grounds equipment
Ability to operate mechanical equipment and various tools
Illinois swimming pool operator's certificate would be preferred
