Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Hotel is seeking a talented Food & Beverage Manager to lead our amazing team. Located just steps from the sand, we are dedicated to wowing guests with delicious cuisine and creating unforgettable experiences.

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • Estimate all beverage costs and oversee supply requisitions/purchases
  • Inspect to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
  • Resolve beverage quality and service complaints
  • Review financial transactions to ensure efficient operation
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef, Banquet Manager, and more for local promotions

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to read, interpret documents, and write reports
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities
  • Point of Sales programming and training proficiency (Agilysys)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

  • Fifth year college or university program certificate; or equivalent experience
  • Two to four years related Resort, Hotel, Hospitality Restaurant & Bar experience
  • Hilton Brand experience preferred
