Your Role

As a Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional and unforgettable stay for our guests. Whether welcoming guests in person or over the phone, your friendly and efficient service will leave a lasting impression.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with basic reading, writing, and math skills, who are willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests effectively. Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
