It Support
Hollander Hospitality is seeking an IT Support Technician - Level 1 to join our team. The IT Support Technician - Level 1 provides first level technical support by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues through IT ticketing system and assists with computer hardware/software installation, system monitoring, and system upgrades.

Schedule
- Monday - Thursday, 24-32 hours per week
Rate Of Pay
- $19.23 - $22.12 per hours/DOE

Requirements
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 2 years of IT Support or related work experience providing support to end users or working in an IT support role, or an equivalent.
- A+ Certification or equivalent working experience.
- Microsoft certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Driver’s License & Insurance
- Must have a valid state driver’s license at time of hire.
- Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage as required by Hollander Hospitality.
Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and applications.
- Strong knowledge of personal computer hardware and technology, including a variety of computer models, printers, and peripherals.
Skills & Abilities
- Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues, questions and problems with hardware and software configurations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Explain in laymen’s the use of computer related technologies.
- Ability to conduct the daily needs of the IT Department as directed by the IT Manager.
- Understand, follow, and document detailed written and oral instructions in the English language.
- Work with hands in mechanically oriented situations.
- Handle multiple tasks and changing priorities with interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.
Physical Requirements
Heavy Work
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch and kneel as required by job.
