- Utilizing your computer skills and understanding of the operating system
- Making appropriate selections for guests and promoting the Hilton Honors rewards system
- Assisting guests with charges and payments
- Following procedures and ensuring attention to detail for all data processing
- Fulfill comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences
- Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutions
- Answering all telephone and email correspondence, prioritizing urgent tasks, and minimizing wait times
- Knowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mile
