Responsibilities:

As the Venue Manager (Bar), you will oversee the operations of 18 Knots, the must-visit cocktail rooftop bar in Perth, the most picturesque spot for a great night out.

You will ensure quality and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Keep crafting fab cocktails and delicious beverages for the menu
• Assist with the supervision of the bar to consistently meet high standards
• Effectively controlling the flow of orders throughout the service
• Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized
• Manage bar stock and wastage levels
• Maintaining a fun, safe, and positive work environment for the team
• Team building and management

About You:

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a bar environment with strong cocktail and wine knowledge
• Social media savvy and following mixology trend
• The ability to create classic and contemporary fusion cocktails
• Excellent team collaboration skills and leadership skills
• Flexibility in hours as you will be working rostered shifts
• An interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
