The Opportunity 

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As Sales Coordinator you will report directly to the VP of Sales and Service, will work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential duties of the Sales Management Team as a whole. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is self motivated and sufficient while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction when needed.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47100 - $61200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

  • Assist SVP of Sales & Service with scheduling calendar, project management, meetings and travel.
    • Assist with the day-to-day activities, including: scheduling, prioritizing time commitments, project management, research and communications of sales management team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • As a key contributor the Sales Coordinator will provide Sales Operations related support services to drive sales excellence, track revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities and facilitating cooperation of others
  • Boston Garden Society Client Services Inbox Daily Management:
    • Inbound Lead Distribution to sales reps
    • Client Inquiry distribution to service reps
    • General inquires to respective departments (TD Garden Customer Service, Bruins Fan Relations, Celtics Member Services)
  • Assist with BGS client amenity fulfillment, sales incentives and other member benefits
  • Assist with BGS Client Event Booking coordination
  • Liaison between BGS Service Rep & TD Garden Catering & Operations departments
  • Assists with the development and preparation of information and materials for Sales meetings and presentations. 
  • Proactively pull and track CRM reports for SVP of Sales, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify internal processes and drive efficiency within sales/service team an internal support departments
  • Creates and modifies internal and external correspondences and documents.
  • Executive expense reporting and budget assistance on behalf of the VP and other Sales Managers  Oversee Boston Madison Square Garden Club relationship with the Boston Bruins & the TD Garden
  • Manage all Bruins Sales and Fan relations commission – collaborate with Bruins Finance team
  • Assist with Fan Relations Season Ticket Holder and Boston Garden society events
  • Work with broker partners on payments and reminders (administrative work)
  • Liaison with sales and services team to help manage SVP time and priorities.
  • Creates and maintains digital filing systems for all Client Contracts
  • Manage Contract Process, and Act Set up for all new Clients
  • Oversee and manage Celtics contract requests for BGS premium seating products and provide communication of new sale opportunities to the Celtics when applicable.
  • Oversee the invoicing process for Celtics New Sales in BGS memberships.
  • Plan and execute Premium Sales & staff events and goal celebrations. 
  • Work with sales & service department leadership to co-manage licensed inventory to release for new sales
  • Manage Corporate Partnership’s (Sponsorship) ticketing/hospitality assets
  • Manage Boston Garden Society in-game hospitality programs (hosted sales suites, client receptions)
  • Assist with special projects. Throughout projects, ensure that the executive team, department heads, and other stakeholders are informed as to the status of assigned projects and initiatives while working with task owners to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.

Qualifications 

  • Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary).
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, SFDC, Archtics, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
