-Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar and front desk during the 3pm - 11pm shift
-Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
-Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top notch performance.
-Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and any issues that may arise.
-Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment.
-Collaborate with other supervisors and management to enhance operations.
