Housekeeping Inspector
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The Housekeeping Inspector coordinates daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that guest rooms and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition, and that all standards and procedures are being followed. They conduct inspections of rooms and recommend repairs and upgrades when needed.About Us

- $20.54 to $21.59per hour/DOE

Qualifications Knowledge Of
- Housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
Skills And Ability To
- Successfully lead and motivate staff
- Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary tools and equipment and perform required duties.
- Work independently and manage one’s time in order to meet productivity standards.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to meet hotel standards and represent the hotel positively.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff both verbally and in writing to receive and convey information.
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma, a minimum of three years of housekeeping experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience required.
Physical Requirements Medium Work
Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to hear, stand, stoop, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, and have a keen sense of visual acuity. Position requires occasional pushing and pulling of carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., ability to exert well-paced mobility for extended periods and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.Drug Free Workplace, Equal Opportunity, E Verify Employer
