We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The Catering Sales Manager will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus for events
• Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to event execution
• Prepare and present proposals to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new business
• Track and report on sales performance

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in catering sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
