Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide your team by modeling the behaviors and actions you expect. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism will set the standard for excellence.
• Training & Development: Passionate about training? You'll have the opportunity to onboard, train, and mentor your team, fostering their growth and ensuring they meet performance expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest cleanliness and productivity standards, ensuring all areas of the property are well-kept and guest-ready.
• Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate and fulfill both your team's and guests' needs, staying calm and focused during busy periods.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, managers, and colleagues.
• A strong sense of pride in their work and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• A proactive approach, taking the driver's seat to lead their team to success.
• Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of their role.
