Your Role:

• Leadership: Take charge by writing schedules, evaluating performance, and directing all kitchen personnel.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels between management and staff.
• Disciplinary Guidance: Address issues professionally with well-structured disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Resource Management: Ensure associates have the necessary tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Problem Solving: Act swiftly to resolve kitchen challenges.
• Team Engagement: Actively participate in various meetings and programs to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee all food is prepared to the highest standards, following recipes precisely for a seamless dining experience.
• Goal Setting: Collaborate on establishing objectives that enhance our reputation and profitability.
• Supervision: Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence, guiding all kitchen and sanitation staff with support and counsel.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records, including use records, roast meat charts, and recipe cards.
• Payroll Management: Ensure timely submission of payroll hours to the Accounting Department.
