• Carpenter (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Completes special projects, i.e. installation of cabinets for offices, outlets, construction projects, projects for retail shops.

• Events & Promotions Associate (Sales & Marketing)

  Assist Special Events & Promotions Manager with facilitating the operations of in-house events & promotions which include giveaways, gift pickups, player events. Events & Promotions associates also assist entertainment as ushers when needed and Motorcoach department.

• Bar Back - Casino Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  Assists bartender in maintaining bars and cocktail stations while providing exceptional service.

• Credit Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  Receives and processes credit applications. Interacts with casino and finance departments, as well as outside sources and patrons, to provide accurate, efficient, and timely information to the Credit Department.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Executes security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect the life and property of guests, employees, and the property.

• Porter (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Cleans and maintains the property’s public space – casino, lobbies, front drive, pool deck, spa/salon, elevators - ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

• Reservations Agent (Guest Services)

  Performs a variety of tasks including: making reservations and answering/routing phone call, check out guests, delivering messages, handling complaints, disseminating information. The Agent is often the first encounter a guest has with hotel guests and is thus very influential in creating the first impression of the hotel. Must use reservation script, but not sound scripted.

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Performs cash transactions as requested by casino patrons, to include: redemption of gaming chips, tickets, cashing of checks, credit card advances.

• Main Banker (Finance/Accounting)

  Operates Main Bank, Fill Bank, Marker Bank, and Player Services Support Bank as required /scheduled. Serves as central source of cash, cash equivalents for the company internal areas and prepares outside bank deposits.

• Table Games Dealer (Table Games)

  Performs the acts of dealing all table games in a proficient manner, according to current policies and procedures, while maintaining a courteous and friendly manner to our guests.

• Table Games Supervisor (Table Games)

  Protects the integrity of the table games. Provides direction, guidance and supervision of all dealers.

• Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Cleans, re-stocks, and maintains hotel guestrooms and suites ensuring guest comfort, safety and satisfaction.

• Nail Technician (Spa)

  Performs an array of hand, feet and nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and paraffin treatments.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Massage Therapists perform a variety of massage therapy techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Typical techniques include: Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, shiatsu and hot stone.

• Front Office Agent (Swing & Grave Shift) (Guest Services)

  Performs a variety of tasks including: checking in and out guests, delivering messages, handling complaints, disseminating information, making reservations and answering/routing calls as needed. The Agent is often the first encounter a guest has with hotel guests and is thus very influential in creating the first impression of the hotel.
