The Night Auditor is responsible for Auditing, reconciling and completing daily departmental paperwork. Responsibilities include but not limited to posting balances to all guests’ accounts and closing out the day’s transactions, running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to the Accounting Office. Register guest information and settle guest accounts while providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Greet all guests in a pleasant, welcoming and enthusiastic attitude while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
As the Guest Service Agent, you will welcome and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner while providing outstanding service. Check-in and check-out guests, settle guests accounts upon check-out, answer incoming calls, make room reservations, answer questions, and resolve guest complaints.
Prepare food for the restaurant and banquets of a consistent quality and in accordance with production requirements and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
The Housekeeping House Attendant/Houseman is responsible for general cleaning, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel public space, including the exterior grounds, lobby, guest floor hallways, stairwells, public restrooms and vending areas, assist room attendants and respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner to maintain high standards of quality and service.
