Job Summary
The Parking Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, facilities, and programs at Park & Jet. Manage revenues, implement long-term plans and strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining customer and guest satisfaction, assist in the development of the annual budget, provide administrative and technical support to enhance parking operations, team performance, and the development, recruiting, training, and retention of team members.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the department, including ensuring efficient parking lot and hotel flow, customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Monitor parking lot occupancy, revenue generation, manage budgets and implement long-term plans to maximize sales and revenue.
• Analyze parking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assists in the development of the annual budget.
• Record revenue collected, maintain daily revenue report and reconcile lot count with daily in/out count.
• Provide administrative and technical support to enhance parking operations and team performance.
• Responsible for recruiting, supervising and managing team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Responsible for vehicle evaluations, inspections, licensing, registrations, vehicle accidents, maintenance and repair of vehicles and parking facility, and fuel cards.
• Address customer complaints and provide information and assistance to parking patrons.
• Ensure the department is properly staffed and has the required training and supplies to enable them to effectively perform their respective job duties and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure the department operates in accordance with company policies and procedures including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate lot signage, and flow of parking operations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding special events that require transportation.
• Any other tasks/duties requested or assigned by Management.

• Possess time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable with the ability to work varied and flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
Qualifications
• Degree in management related field.
• At least two years experience in management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
