The Role
Oversee the table games dealers in the pit area. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner.
Responsibilities
- Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Consistently welcoming guests, thanking them for their patronage, seeking ways to make them comfortable and expressing your desire to have them return.
- Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
- Maintain security of all games, monies and personnel.
Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bally’s Vicksburg offers 89 rooms and suites with sweeping views of the Mississippi River. The 32,000 square foot casino features over 450 slots and video poker machines, table games such as Blackjack, Craps, 21+3, 3 Card poker, Mississippi Stud and a Sportsbook.
