The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Workforce Coordinator to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will coordinate on-boarding, credentialing, scheduling operations for the unit, as well as preparing reports and projects related to scheduling.

What will you do?

  • Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
  • Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • Support the hiring process by opening requisitions and onboarding candidates
  • Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
  • Escalate staffing and compliance issues to the proper person and team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to organize simple and complex tasks. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to establish priorities, identify and resolve recurring issues, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Suite skills are required at the intermediate level or above.
  • UKG experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience required
