The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal part-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona for the 2025 Spring Training season. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

This position will play a vital role on our event days and does have consistent hours throughout the week in addition to events.

This is a seasonal position that begins as early as late January until the end of the 2025 Spring Training season. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd thru March 22nd.

What will you do?

  • Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
  • Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products
  • Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
  • Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
  • Oversee the proper closing of assigned area
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations
  • Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available to work Spring Training event/game days
  • Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
  • Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
  • Ability to delegate and coach others
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
