Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking to welcome a Food Server to join the Food and Beverage team in the Covington Mill Restaurant!  As an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, guests have access to exclusive Disney benefits including being directly connected to Disney Springs® via Pedestrian Skybridge. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years previous Server experience, preferably as a breakfast server, open availability with schedules, impeccable customer service and cash handling experience and passion for providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour plus tips

Schedule Pattern: AM shifts, starting as early as 6-7AM and ending as late as 2.30-3PM, weekdays, weekends and holidays, as needed.

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
