About the Role: As Sales Manager you will partner with our exceptional Operations TEAM to achieve and exceed sales goals for our property

Responsibilities: Represent the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. 

You will generate room revenue through the execution of strategic planning and performance to achieve/exceed individual revenue goals within assigned market segments, schedule for 100 people or under as well as room blocks.   

Requirements:  

• Prior 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in a Hilton brand or hotel setting is required 
• Hilton brand preferred 
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution desired 
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of various discipline-focused computer programs, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload 
• Able to follow assigned marketing plan action items in a timely fashion 
• Ensures that all client correspondence is delivered according to departmental time and quality standards 
• Complete all departmental reports and systems on a timely basis 
• Understands operational capabilities of the property 
• Able to work as a team member in a competitive environment 
• Follow all company Sales/Catering SOP standards
