Hotel General Manager

Quality Hospitality is in search of a General Manager for our newest build the Oberlin in Raleigh, NC (Cameron Village area). This position will train at our current property, Hampton Inn & Suites, 111 Hampton Woods Lane Cary, NC. 

The General Manager’s mission is to expand and develop our company through strict adherence to our “Core Ideology” and to empower, train, and motivate “Quality People” to strive for excellence.

Basic requirements:

• Prior  hospitality and food service experience are required
• Prior hospitality management experience is strongly required
• Prior experience with hotel computer systems and spreadsheet programs is required
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead the activities of others
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Customer-service oriented, Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong initiative and work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
