• Delight Guests by ensuring rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Lead the Team by training, supervising, and inspiring housekeeping and laundry staff to excel in their roles.
• Set the Standard by implementing and monitoring procedures aligned with our brand values and company expectations.
• Inspect and Perfect guest rooms and public areas to ensure every detail is guest-ready.
• Manage Supplies by overseeing linen, uniform, and amenities inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and accounted for.
• Foster Growth by supporting the development and satisfaction of team members in their roles.
• Budget Like a Pro by monitoring and controlling operational expenses.
• Ensure Safety by participating in the Safety Committee and maintaining compliance with fire and safety regulations.
• Collaborate daily with management and department heads to achieve operational excellence.
