Capital Hilton is searching for a talented full-time Busperson to join their team at North Gate Grill!

The beautiful Capital Hilton, a monumental hotel in the heart of D.C., is looking for our next talented Catering and Events Manager. This historic hotel is in the heart of the nation’s capital, and hosts events of all sizes throughout its 30,000 sq ft of event space. Ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate, hardworking, and has a minimum 1 year of professional food and beverage experience. Prior Busperson experience is preferred. This is a union position.

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work between the hours of 5:30 am and 2:30 pm/ Full availability is required including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
