How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful Maintenance Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Provide positive leadership
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs
• Perform pool water chemistry/maintain pool chemical controls for water balancing
• Coach and Counsel staff
• HVAC experience
• Electrical experience
• Be able to work independently or part of a team
• Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
• Building Maintenance experience
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
