Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a candidate with a strong background in Human Resources and the ability to travel often to help train and transition new associates into the Team Crescent portfolio. This position can be based anywhere in the US, preferably near a major airport. This position will require extensive travel.
The Impact Team/Task Force People & Culture Director will be responsible for traveling to new and existing properties within the Crescent portfolio to help transition new associates, conduct trainings, and on some occasions serve as the temporary on-property People & Culture Director. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $81k-107k; for applicants who will be working in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $81k-95k; for applicants who will be working in Washington, the anticipated compensation range is $86k-101k; for applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $90k-106k. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience at a Corporate HR Director level with multi-site/multi-state HR experience within the hospitality industry. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer, and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
