What You’ll Do

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the heart of the hotel. Your mission? To create extraordinary guest experiences. Here's how:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
• Provide personalized advice on local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
• Manage guest requests, from processing payments to delivering messages and mail.
• Handle meal and beverage requests with promptness and professionalism.
• Resolve guest concerns with poise, creating positive solutions in tense situations.
