As the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel, supervising a dedicated team, and ensuring every guest’s stay is nothing short of exceptional. What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Excellence: Oversee all housekeeping activities to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, meeting brand and company standards.
  • Guest Satisfaction First: Investigate and resolve guest complaints, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Set the Standard: Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that align with brand expectations, creating a seamless guest experience.
  • Inspect and Maintain: Regularly inspect guestrooms and public areas to maintain top-quality cleanliness, and monitor inventory of guest supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Train and Inspire: Lead the training of housekeeping and laundry staff to meet the highest performance standards, ensuring team members are set up for success.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee linen, uniform, and supply rooms while ensuring smooth inventory management through careful tracking and purchasing controls.
  • Budget & Resources: Assist with budget planning, monitor operating expenses, and ensure energy conservation programs are adhered to.
  • Safety First: Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, and security standards, contributing to the hotel’s overall safety committee.
  • Foster Development: Support the growth and development of your team, ensuring they are satisfied in their roles and have clear pathways for advancement.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work with other departments to ensure all operations run smoothly and every guest’s needs are met.
  • Constant Communication: Be a proactive communicator with fellow managers, department heads, and employees to ensure consistency and excellence in service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural leader with exceptional supervisory skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in housekeeping management or a similar role, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards, and the ability to apply that knowledge to maintain a spotless and safe environment for guests.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with employees, vendors, and guests.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage inventory controls for linens, uniforms, and supplies.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude – you will be actively involved in inspecting rooms, monitoring operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and move efficiently throughout the hotel.
