Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Relations Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world and that the DoubleTree by Hilton brand essence is welcoming. This role specifically needs to focus on:

• Guest relations management and customer service
• A brand ambassador
• Auditing and database management, including record-keeping
• Safety and Security
• Maintaining a positive and safe work environment

About You:

• Ideally, be physically in the Perth Metropolitan Area
• Have a full Australian working right (no sponsorship is being offered)
• Approved Manager License (or willing to obtain)
• Confident and bubbly personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience
• Strong communication in English, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
• Proficient technology skills and attention to detail, with the protection of confidential information
• Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations
• Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry and leadership, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience, is highly regarded.
