We’re half a mile from the shops and restaurants at The Galleria – America’s fourth largest mall – and three miles from Memorial Park and the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center. Downtown Houston is six miles away. Our second-floor outdoor pool has plenty of seating, and we also have a 24-hour fitness center, as well as two restaurants and a bar. Our hotel consists of 448 guest rooms, 18 meeting rooms, and over 29,000 sq ft in meeting space!
The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of Manager/Supervisor experience in a hotel setting, preferably Hilton. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Front Desk Operations to build the team and bring them together. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, because they will play a key role in the communication between the departments in the hotel.

What will I be doing?
As a Front Office Supervisor, you would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
