Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, App Loyalty Marketing, the Digital Loyalty Analyst will provide insights and report on findings via data visualizations and stories derived from various sources related to Yaamava’ App Loyalty Marketplace. By exploring the Marketplace economy, promotions and offers results, and potential and existing customers, the App Loyalty Marketing Analyst will help to foster a data driven environment through the creation of models and analysis that drive App Marketplace revenue, profit, and engagement. This position is a key position on the Mobile & E-Commerce team that will work collaboratively with the App Marketplace Specialist and App Marketing and Messaging Specialist to ensure all App Marketplace initiatives are executed strategically, while producing positive ROI
1. Analyze and interpret complex App Marketplace and campaign data sets using software like Microsoft Excel/Visual Basic for Applications, Power Business Intelligence, or Statistical Analysis System, Enterprise Guide. Reports will be presented to App Loyalty team and leadership to drive strategic decisions.
2. Proactively bring forth new analytical approaches, tests, solutions, and actionable insights to Leadership and App Loyalty Specialists. Ideas will help optimize Marketplace ROI and performance.
3. Create, actively monitor, and maintain App Marketplace and Messaging dashboards. Dashboards will monitor player engagement and segments, economy, promotions and offers, products and prizes, messaging, and other important KPIs.
4. Actively assist with the evaluation of various promotions, offers, economy optimizations, and other engagement tactics. Evaluations will be presented to App Loyalty Team and leadership to ensure positive ROI.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis. The Digital Analyst will attend in-person and virtual SAS and Power BI trainings, collaborating with other department analysts, scheduling vendor meetings, conducting primary and secondary research, and attending conferences.
6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or related field required.
Minimum (2) years of experience with SAS and/or SQL, building reporting dashboards via Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software, or analyzing large datasets required.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience working with relational databases is required.
Experience in programming/scripting.
Familiarity with marketing methodologies and systems such as segmentation modeling, targeting, CRM, and ROI projections and evaluation.
Employee must have experience demonstrating the utmost discretion and confidentiality as they will have access to confidential information including, but not limited to: customer contact information, customer financial data, and organizational financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to mentor coordinators and administrative staff.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, including the development of financial statistical models and forecasts.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with minimal direction. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, financial reports, and legal documents.
