The Retail Sales Associate is customer-focused and will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, maintaining the store's impeccable appearance, and providing crucial support to the Retail team. ESSENTIALS JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome customers to the store and provide comprehensive product and service information
• Process sales transactions with precision, handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy
• Stay updated on current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security protocols
• Proactively suggest merchandise based on customer preferences, effectively upselling when appropriate
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring shelves are consistently well-stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays
• Contribute to setting up eye-catching displays and visual merchandising
• Handle product returns and exchanges professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Resolve customer issues with a positive and professional demeanor, delivering exceptional service at all times
