Bartender / Server

Responsibilities: Bartenders/Servers are responsible for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences to all that come through our door. Duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons, serving delicious menu items, maximizing tasting bar and overall bar sales by educating guests on beverage offerings, assess and anticipate guest needs, and make recommendations.  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Marriott brand or hotel setting is preferred
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 
• Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine 
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is required 
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently

Compensation: $19.71 hourly
