• Coordinate with departments to minimize guest disruption.
• Train and guide junior technicians.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC technician experience.
• HVAC certification or diploma.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Hotel/hospitality experience is a plus.
