JOB SUMMARY: Prepare all drinks for bar customers, cocktail servers and food servers while providing guests with professional, efficient service and quality-made beverages 

Shift Requirements:

Shifts are primarily from 4pm -12am Sunday-Thursday; 6pm-2am on Friday/ Saturday

Responsibilities:

Essential:

• Prepares all beverage mixers to recipe beverages to guests
• Promotes and up-sells liquor and food
• Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware and garnishes
• Follows guidelines established in regards to age identification for suspected minors and when dealing with an intoxicated customer
• Must be familiar with cash handling procedures to include proper discounting, Tabit system, bank procedures and tip policies
  Basics:
• Attend required meetings
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
• Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
