• Have 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook
• Can work a flexible schedule from 3 PM-11 PM
• Have strong culinary skills and a passion for food
• Show impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
• Can handle the heat of a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Are conversant with food safety regulations and best practices
• Have a culinary degree or formal training (this is a plus, but not mandatory)
