THE ROLE:

We are looking for the potential candidate for Cluster Reservations Managerposition in our Legendary Hotel Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. This position will be based in Adana and the candidates should be resident or willing to live in Adana.

Requirements

 What will I be doing?

A Cluster Reservations Manager will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel; and therefore, must offer an excellent service and influence the Guest decision to stay at the property.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• In close communication and full cooperation with reservations team, ensures that the reservations team maximizes the revenue in each deal
• Reviews the decisions together with Sales office and Group Coordinator through following the agenda in close communication and cooperation with them
• Informs the related team members on all the revenue targets of Revenue Department
• Make price and occupancy forecasts checking the competitors’ strategies
• Records and analyses the room and banquet businesses that slipped to competitors, cancellations and waitlist businesses
• Performs all the tasks of Revenue using checklists
• Ensure that all the prices are entered right and paired with right codes
• Ensures that all traces and activities are followed up timely and recorded as it ends
• Ensures that the right controls are implemented in the system, so that the required base for sales and revenue maximization is ready
• Acceptance and entry of reservations by telephone and email
• Correct management of reservation documents
• Ensure Quality Checks on existing reservations
• Comply with the control systems and procedures laid down relating to group bookings
• Undertake specific tasks or any reasonable request as required by Reservation Manager
• Review requests received in the Group Office and ensure smooth communication is in place with Travel Trade department.
