• Strong culinary skills matched with an enduring passion for food
• Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not a requirement
