As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be a vital part of our Housekeeping TEAM, overseeing Housekeeping functions, activities and ensuring impeccable quality control. Your role involves maintaining consistency in policies, high standards, and by focusing on creating positive guest experiences.

Requirements to be successful in this role: 

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a hotel environment
• Brand experience is preferred 
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed 
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
