Hilton is seeking a Media Executive, who will be responsible for supporting the management of both our always on performance media programs & brand campaigns to deliver revenue & brand growth across our EMEA business   

What will I be doing?  

As a Media executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks: 

  • Helping to build best in class media strategy, planning and activation across all Hilton media campaigns   
  • Developing relationships with key platforms such as Meta, Google & TikTok, in collaboration with our agency partners 
  • Development and implementation of both digital demand growth & brand building strategies 
  • Support development of clear annual test and learn agenda which ladders back to Hilton Media Strategy and business objectives 
  • Support performance tracking and measurement to deliver against key business objectives for both performance and brand campaigns  
  • Budget management support, including forecasting and phasing for always on programmes.
  • Ensure media strategy is aligned through funnel 
  • Help to understand insights from MMM and translate them into channel strategies and optimisations.

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: 

  • Knowledge & understanding of media planning and strategy  
  • Experience operating in a team focused on delivering business growth & revenue  
  • Experience of paid media, either client or agency side  
  • Organised individual who can is able to multitask, i.e manage variety of different stakeholders and multiple campaigns at the same time 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing 
  • Problem-solving skills  
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
