We are seeking a Banquet On-Call Server to join our team at Wyndham Fort Smith. The Banquet On-Call Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquet events. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Banquet Server and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet tables and chairs according to event specifications
- Assist with food and beverage service during events
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Clean up banquet area after events
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Banquet Server
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
