What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will assist in supervising the front desk function, ensuring that staff is properly trained and providing exceptional service to our guests. You will monitor performance, recommend corrective actions, and communicate any guest requests or issues to management. Other duties may include guest room tours, concierge services, and fulfilling special guest requests.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with basic reading, writing, and math skills. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include standing, using hands to handle objects, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.

Education & Experience

We require a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideally, you will have one to two years of related experience and/or training.
