• Financial Guru: Proficient in P&L analysis, budgeting, and revenue management, with a track record of driving successful financial outcomes.
• Team Leader: A hands-on leader with experience in Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, committed to upholding quality standards and maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in improving revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction scores (GSS).
• Community-Minded: A person who enjoys working in a property that prioritizes both guest satisfaction and community involvement.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• A proactive and motivational leader with strong financial reporting skills.
• Proven experience in managing hotel operations, driving GSS, and meeting revenue goals.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, able to lead by example and inspire others.
• Expertise in training and developing associates for future leadership roles.
• Able to manage change and maintain guest satisfaction with a "can-do" attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial reporting, forecasting, and HR responsibilities.
• Experience in driving guest satisfaction initiatives and handling operational challenges.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
