What you will be doing: 

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome them, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have a splendid stay with us. Your infectious enthusiasm and attentive service will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Prior front desk experience in a Marriott brand setting or luxury hotel 
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate other
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
