What will I be doing?
As a C&E Operations Attendant you will be responsible for welcoming our international guests to our Conference & Events area and sharing your passion and knowledge of events, food and beverages with them!
- You prepare the rooms for our event guests the evening before
- You set up coffee breaks and serve lunch or dinner
- You may also provide support in our Room Service Department
- You take care of guests' requests and wishes
- You have an open ear for any criticism or complaints from our guests and know how to deal with them

- You speak English fluently (and ideally German)
- You have a valid visa & work permit in Germany
- Ideally, you have already completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry and/or have professional experience in service
