Description
1.检查所有货物的质量和数量。
2.检查收货物品的有效期限，确保在酒店可接受的范围内。
3.做好收货卫生控制，包括冷藏，冷冻食品测温，冷冻车辆检查，收货平台卫生消毒等。
4.做好收货控制，确保符合食品卫生及FSAA要求，包括检查蔬菜农药检测报告，水果农药检查报告，动物检疫报告，进口材料等。
5.确保每日收货订单做进check系统。
6.确保收货区域不混乱，不危险，始终保持整洁和干净。
7.向业主准备资产采购及每季度资产处置报告，准备相关成本资料附件。
8.每周每月按照要求检测冻品出成率，完成冻品出成报告。
9.做好每月月底库房检查及报告。
10.协助每月盘点，协助成本经理进行账务处理。
11.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
Requirements
1.财务相关专业优先。
2.有同岗位经验者尤佳。
3.流利的英语和普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力。
4.性格开朗，具备一定的抗压能力。
