Your Role at SpringHill Suites

As our Engineering Supervisor, you will manage operations, maintenance, and repair of our property, machinery, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You'll play an instrumental role in maintaining the facility's functionality and safety, contributing to our never-ending pursuit of outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What it Takes

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a Marriott hotel environment (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
• Previous experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and general building construction
• Vocational training, certification, and/or apprenticeship in one or more area; state certification or licensure where required
• Licensing in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is preferred
• Fire Safety Director License - preferred
