Your Role as a Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome them, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have a splendid stay with us. Your infectious enthusiasm and attentive service will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous front desk experience in a luxury hotel environment is ideal, but we’re open to training the right customer service professionals eager to grow their careers. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and flexibility to work on days, weekends, and holidays are a must.
