The Relief Guest Services Supervisor is a great position for a person wanting to begin a career in leadership of a hotel's rooms division.  The Relief Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for creating an iconic guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. The position has a mix of Guest Service Agent, and Duty Manager shifts based on business levels.  As a Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and communicating information to our guests.  As a Duty Manager this position is responsible for providing team support and coaching to Guest Service Agents, maintaining front office standards and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded.  Relief Guest Services Supervisors are expected to know resort amenities and interact with guests at every opportunity.  

Relief Guest Services Supervisors will have previous front office experience as well as the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally and must be computer literate. Experience working with Opera is a definite advantage.  The Relief Guest Services Supervisor is part of the hotel’s emergency response team so the ability to handle high pressure situations is an important asset for this role.
